My Thoughts on Father’s Day

I shared the text below at my church service Sunday figured it may be nice to also post on the blog…
There are no songs for fathers there aren’t many large celebrations and the restaurants may not be as crowded because today is one of huge undervalue. Society had pushed fathering many but inspiring none and walking away from commitments sewn through the physical was to never be committed with the heart, through deed or even intention. I’m proud to know within my family and networks real men committed to the works they begin. Through blood, sweat, and tears these men continue on the fight to take care of the families they begin and go on to water more than just their own seeds. The land has a legacy to be fulfilled from the original Father whose example shows steadfastness, integrity, and not walking away from others even in pain. Use that standard to continue to bless those you father or even those without one.
